Beyond Impact L.L.C-FZ runs Stock Research Hub (stockresearchhub.com) and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why we use it, which service providers process it, and the rights you have.

The short version: there are no accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no comments on this site. We collect basic visit and click data to run and improve the site, and the details you choose to send us through the contact form. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

• Contact form data. If you write to us, we collect your first name, last name if you add it, email address, your message, and the technical details needed to receive the message and keep the form safe from abuse.
• Website and analytics data. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address, browser and device details, the page you came from, the pages you view and the time, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page speed without using cookies. Google Analytics may also process your browser and device details, approximate location, the page you came from, pages viewed, times, and clicks on partner links. Google says Google Analytics uses IP addresses to estimate location but does not log or store them.
• Partner link data. Partner links on go.stockresearchhub.com use Dub to send you on to the partner and to count referrals. Dub may process the link you clicked, the time, the page you came from, browser and device details, approximate location, and an IP address where its rules and settings allow.
• Settings kept in your browser. If you pick a currency, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us. The Find my tool quiz and the calculators run in your browser and send nothing to us.

Cookies

Google Analytics loads on the live site and may set first-party cookies that tell browsers and visits apart. Partner sites you reach through our links use their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Why we use it

• To run the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure.
• To answer messages, corrections and partnership requests.
• To see which pages people use, so we can improve our reviews, rankings and tools.
• To measure partner referrals and run our affiliate relationships (see How we make money).
• To meet legal, accounting and compliance duties.

Depending on the activity, we rely on our legitimate interests in running, securing, improving and funding the site, on steps you ask us to take when you contact us, on your consent where the law requires it, and on legal obligations. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.

Who processes it

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with these service providers:

• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, security, Web Analytics, and the small server function and email service that deliver contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google Analytics: audience and click measurement.
• Dub: partner link redirects and referral counting.
• Google Workspace: receipt and storage of contact messages in our inbox.
• Affiliate networks and partners (for example Everflow, Impact, Awin and FirstPromoter): when you click through, the partner receives a referral marker so it can credit us. We do not give them your name or email.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our readers or our services.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up for a tool through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. What you do on a partner's site, including any account you open or plan you buy, is covered by that partner's own privacy policy, not this one.

Where it is processed

Beyond Impact L.L.C-FZ is based in the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers work in several countries. Your data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area and the UK. Where required, we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by the provider, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy framework.

How long we keep it

We do not create accounts or user profiles when you visit the site. Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to answer you, manage the conversation, or meet legal and business record duties. Cloudflare, Dub and Google Analytics keep data under our account settings and their terms. We delete or anonymise data when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or get a copy of your personal data, and to object to some processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. These rights can be limited where the law allows.

To make a request, use our contact form. We may ask for details to confirm the request is yours.

Children

The site is for a general adult audience. It is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

The site uses HTTPS. We limit access to contact messages and service accounts to the people who need them for the purposes above. No online service can promise complete security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal duties change. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
